Each of us can help control the COVID-19 virus by our own actions. We may be tired of hearing about vaccinations, masking, social distancing, washing our hands and limiting the number of people we see and places we go. We may think these guidelines don’t make any difference. But the evidence is clear. The truth is simply that these measures help stop the rapid spread of COVID-19.
The things we do will determine whether we slow this virus down or allow it to continue spreading out of control.
