In response to COVID-19 recommendations to keep you, our patients, and staff safe:

Our offices are open for patients who need or want to be seen in-person. We have implemented Summa Health guidelines for COVID-19 screening including temperature monitoring to ensure patient and staff safety. Patients seeing a psychologist for the first time need to be seen in person.

We also offer MyChart video appointments and telephone-based visits if needed for all disciplines within the Weight Management Institute. 

For new patients:

• We are continuing to accept new patients for both our Surgical and NonSurgical weight loss programs.  Patient appointments may be scheduled either as in person or as a TeleHealth visit. For more information please call our dedicated new patient intake line at 330.375.6554

For after surgery operative patients who need to contact the office for questions and concerns:
